Founder & Owner
Colleen Crowder is Founder & Owner of Anchor Point Operations and leads the firm’s human resources strategy and people operations support. With more than nine years of HR experience, plus eight years in law enforcement as a 911 Dispatcher and Criminal Analyst, Colleen brings a rare combination of composure, communication, and trust-based leadership to every client engagement. Her background in high-pressure environments shaped her approach to HR, grounded in empathy, clear processes, and strong team coordination. Throughout her HR career, Colleen has supported organizations across employee relations, benefits, and resource management, helping leaders build workplaces where people feel supported, engaged, and aligned with the company’s goals.
At Anchor Point Operations, Colleen focuses on strengthening the people side of business performance by helping clients create practical HR foundations that improve morale, retention, and day-to-day operations. She will also serve as one of the Executive Leads overseeing the performance and delivery of the APO Team, helping ensure client support remains consistent, accountability and high- quality.

Formerly a Vice President at OpenText and Symantec, Yvonne has led global teams across culture, communications, and inclusion during periods of significant change. She brings a human-centered, strategic approach to messaging—combining empathy, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of how people engage with purpose-driven brands. Yvonne holds an MBA and a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
